remember, a vacation unplanned is a wasted vacation day!

Well there are 11 folks registered at this point..............

I don't want to put any pressure on folks but I will be celebrating my 60th Birthday & my first weekend of Retirement at this event.
I have a gift registry over at the "beer Store" in Martinsville! :)

Book those rooms!

Would anyone coming to Martinsburg have interest in touring this local attractions?
Tours have to be Scheduled ahead of time and only M-F.
So I'm thinking about late afternoon Friday.
Yell out if interested.
tks,
jason

Jason,

Kat and I would be interested in a Friday afternoon tour. Let us know if you are going to make a reservation and the time so I can plan a earlier ride and be back in time to go.

Do you need anything for the Derby Watch party?

Jeff,
So I just got off the phone with the Roundhouse Museum. We're all set for a 3:00 PM tour on Friday May 2nd.
I will post more information as the event gets closer.
Not sure about the watch party yet.

FYI, our block of rooms expires on April 10.
Looks like 6 rooms have been booked for Thursday, 9 for Saturday & Sunday.

Roundhouse Tour, May 2nd, 3:00 PM.
All welcome to join in the fun.

Per our conversation, please plan to arrive at our property via 100 East Liberty St. in Martinsburg. Google Maps/GPS should guide you fairly straight forward into the complex from Exit 16 of Interstate 81. Be advised that the entrance road from East Liberty Street is not paved. If the unpaved surface is a concern, you can also access our site by arriving at the Train Station, 229 E. Martin St., Martinsburg, WV, and crossing over the ractive railroad track line via the pedestrian bridge to reach the Roundhouse property.

I am copying volunteers to alert them that your group will be riding motorcycles to the property for this visit and to advise that there might very well be more than 10 guests. We do not charge for admission, but our all volunteer organization respectfully requests all visitors to make a donation by the conclusion of a guided Tour. Donations can be made on our Roundhouse website (PayPal/Venmo links are at bottom of Home Page), or at the complex. Should you have any questions, please reply by exercising the "REPLY ALL" option to respond to this email, and we will answer as soon as possible.

Been quiet for a month. Is this still happening?
Yes Sir!
Several of us are arriving tomorrow Thursday, with the remainer coming in Friday or Saturday.
We have the Tour of the Round House scheduled for Friday at 3:00 PM
Bring cash to leave a donation.
Derby is Saturday around 6:00 Pm. Ladies, bring your hats!
See you soon.

Thanks Jason for another great weekend and allowing us to spend your birthday with you.
Only got a little damp on the ride home. The last few miles had dry roads but dark skies.

It was good seeing you and Kathy.
We had a SOGGY ride home! Rained almost the whole way.
It was a great weekend though.
Too bad more couldn't attend.
Maybe next year.
